Stäcy Smith is an artist working in and around the Houston area since 1998. She has work in private collections all over the United States, France and England. Although her specialty is in portraiture, she continues to explore the genre’s of figural representation, landscapes and still life's.

She doesn't shy from taking on new projects in different mediums.  Art is her passion.

Teaching art is also a passion of hers.  She has taught for five years at a local private school to students from Kindergarten to 8th grade.  She brought them art history, art appreciation and technical instruction in drawing and painting. She continues to share her love for teaching with private lesson students, other private school students and by volunteering her time at a local public school.

Stäcy is currently working on her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Painting at the University of Houston.
